Logitech Brio 4K Webcam Interferes with Microsoft Wireless Keyboard & Mouse

I just purchased a Logitech Brio Pro 4K webcam. When I connect it to the docking station for my Dell XPS 13 9350, my Microsoft wireless keyboard and mouse quit working. My native keyboard and trackpad continue to work - just the wireless add-ons. When I disconnect the Logitech Brio webcam, everything returns to normal. Is this a known issue, and are there any known fixes?
