Logitech Bluetooth Keyboard acting haywire after Windows 11 update

I installed Windows 11 on my computer (against my better judgement) and have since been unable to use my Logitech K780 Bluetooth keyboard. The keyboard shows as connected but I either cannot type anything with it or I can only type for about 30 seconds before it either stops recognizing that I'm typing or it repeats the last key hit until I turn off the keyboard. What is interesting is that if I don't turn off the keyboard after it starts repeating a letter I can close the program I am using and when I reopen the program it will begin with the repeating letter.
