Login, PIN, Password

[Windows 11]

I have 3 accounts on my PC (Windows 11). We don't use passwords, PINs or any logins. If I log out or lock mp PC (Windows key + L) then I am prompted for PIN or create a PIN which I don't want. The only way to get into my account is shut down the PC and restart. How the hell do I turn this login crap off? How do I get to see a screen with 3 account options shown, click and no login prompts?
