Login loop

[Windows 10]

I sign in to my laptop using my Microsoft account then when I shut down went to have some rest I tried opening and signing in but when I clicked on sign in it just doesn't respond or just goes to swipe thingy I went to safe mode but I just can't find reset this PC I tried removing it from my account but it doesn't work either my last option is deleting my account but idk if will work
