Login after factory settings

Hi, I tried to factory reset my computer, but after the "loading screen" it take me back to my profile, into which after I enter the password "You device is offline..." before that it told me that the microsoft account cannot be accesed or something like that. I tried to click power button then shift click restart and do factory reset from there but it does it again
