Logged into a family member's Teams app on Windows 11 and it has made my Microsoft account the administrator

As title indicates, I logged into Teams on the PC and it's made my Microsoft 365 Personal account the administrator.Under Settings>Accounts>Email & accounts I can see both my Microsoft account and my family member's one, but remove account is only an option for their account and not mine.Any ideas how I can fix this?
