EDIT: I found the easiest solution, and since I could not update my thread and also saw at least 900 people viewed my post on my previous thread I wanted to put this information out there. You need to have a pin instead of a password. So restart your computer and/or attempt a relog in however many times it takes until microsoft blesses you access to your computer and then switch to a pin. My husband always used a pin and i hadnt connected the dots at the time until later, and he didnt have the issue and the second I started using a pin i NEVER had a problem again, its been 3 months.
