Log in to computer with hotmail account

Hi,I'm trying to log in to my HP Pavilion computer which is using my hotmail account for log in. *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. When I tried to log in with correct password it says that the computer is offline. I think I tried to many times because now my account is blocked due too to many times trying logging in. The computer also says when I'm trying logging in that I need to use the last password that was used the last time. I have never changed my password to this computer or account. Please help me to lock up my account and computer. The email to send new password when resetting is not in use a
