Locked out

A unusual account called WSI Account popped up on my login screen. I have not made any changes to my computer other than the usual update. I did not set this account up but It is asking for a pin number. I have no clue what it is. I cannot find a phone number to talk to a live agent. Every article I read says to login.; however, I CANNOT login to chat or receive security codes because both my computer and email are locked.I have not been able to resolve this issue for two days as I can't get past this WSI account.
