Locked Out; Pls Help..

I finished with school and laptop was setup with school email; now can't login to laptop bc school got rid of email .... what are my options? I can't add alt/personal email. I've tried the safe mode; troubleshoot>advanced>cmd but the prompt box doesn't appear. Also says 'admin' must login but not admin though I was the admin. I've had laptop since 2021, finished school in 2023; haven't used laptop since late 2023.... PLEASE HELP... Thx and happy new year..xo
