Locked out of Windows account - Reset without passowrd - How to do it?

Hi everyone,In the company where I woek, we had to send one of our PCs for maintenance because of a Hardware problem. The PC is back but we can no longer log into the account. I can't reset the PC to factory settings. Can anyone help me?Since the PC returned from service, it asks me to enter the Bit-locker key every time I turn it on. This is not a problem since it is a company PC and I can access the Bit locker key. The problem is that the account set up locally no longer has the password and I cannot log in.
