Locked out of PC due to Hello's PIN Setup and a disabled Network Adapter

PC is a Windows 11 Pro, 24H2Since getting this PC, I have had nothing but repeated trouble with Microsoft's Hello PIN Setup.Could not set it up due to characters not being recognized. The software would not allow "ANY" special characters that required the shift key. That meant no capital letters or special symbols. I then tried a simple but not secure password with no capitals or special symbols. Would not display any encrypted characters after 3 or 4 characters. Finally, I was able to get by it. I forget how.
