Locked out of PC and Microsoft account need help now!

Hello!I'm in dire need of help.I’m reaching out because I urgently need help recovering my Microsoft account. Here’s the situatiomI just upgraded my PC with a new motherboard and CPU, and when I turned it on, it displayed the message: "Your PIN is no longer available due to a change in security settings" and pompted me to sign in to my Microsoft account to reset it.
