Locked out of new computer, and was unsuccessful trying a reinstall of Win 11

I was shutting down computer, brand new HP Victus w/ Win 11, when it wanted to update,so I let it. Turned out it included a bios and firmware update (didn't know Windows could do that). When it restarted I got this message “Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to setup your PIN again.” This caused 2 problems, the Microsoft account is in a 30 day hold because backup email is no longer available and so we can't get a new code to allow us to enter a new code\password for the computer.
