Locked out of new ARM laptop after changing setting on 365 apps for business and logging in after promt. Hello stopped working: prompted to enter code

How does one find one's user name for business account once forgotten and if you were never sent an email containing that information upon purchase and you can't access the apps for check the name because the computer is locked. I don't accurately remember the long user name (name~~@domain~~onmicrosoft.com), including my company name, etc., and there are no other options shown for logging, though I have facial recognition, and I thought a pin was set up.
