Locked out of my computer

[Windows Server]

I have several usernames on my computer. I have forgotten the password for each one and I cannot log back into the computer. Can someone help me to regain possession of my computer? I also need to put the Wi-Fi back on. One of the usernames shows that it is active, but I don’t have Wi-Fi on the computer for it to connect.
