Locked out of laptop because I can't access my Windows account.

I'm locked out of my laptop because I can't remember my sign in details for the Microsoft account that I used when I created the sign in. I can't access the Microsoft account either, because I'm pretty sure I deleted it. I also can't retrieve the account because I am not able to verify it. I don't have enough information to answer all the security questions in order to complete the verification process.
