Locked out of computer

[Windows 11]

I did an asus bios update that was well over due, 3 years old. It went successful.However upon restarting it says "Your pin is no longer available due to the security settings on this device. Click to set up your pin again."When I click. Nothing happens. I reinstalled windows last night but did the option that doesn't delete my data. Nothing changed. Will I have to delete all my data to log into my pc or is there another way so I do not lose my data?
