Hello,I cannot get access to my computer. I don’t remember my pin and failed to write it down. however, it’s not accepting my Microsoft password and I do not have a reset pin option. There has to be other options to gain access to my computer. I never locked it and I always enter with my fingerprint. Please HELP!
