Locked out of account due to two step verification.

I filled out the recovery account form several times, only to find out since I have two factory verification. But the problem is I haven't had the number since July of 2023. I've filled out countless of forms. The other complication is I am signed in on my laptop, so i can access my skype and microsoft. But in order to change information i have to re-sign into my account. I am very upset, as i've called microsoft support and they had asked to access my phone to confirm it's me, they wanted very personal phone information. But I never had to do that before.
