Locked out laptop,cant use recovery due to encription

Im locked out of my laptop and i dont remember my pin, i cant do the command prompt due to the ecription and my recovery email is incorrect. I have no way to log in with my password because i attempted to many times and i try to recover i get denied because enough information on my account. I had to create a new account to even access support.
