Locked out/ in safe mode permanently

I was trying to speed up my computer, I wanted to start up and hit “diagnostic “instead of “ normal “ Start up. Now I cannot even use my pin to sign in and it looks like it’s stuck on airplane mode. I said I forgot my pin but it will not let me re-do anything I am locked out it is a brand new computer. How can I undo the “diagnostic”check box and go back to “normal” if I cannot even get in? I also did try my daughters sign on but it is the same issue. It keeps asking if I want a “store app” to be able to get a pin, so I hit “ yes” but it returns to the main screen.
