Locked out by old admin name and password.

I just turned on my computer and at the start up screen is my old admin name with a password I dont remembe and I also am unable to answer the security questions. I'm essentially locked out. I've tried booting in safe mode and restoring to a previous point - both require I know the password for this old admin/user. I don't want to reset and lose all my data. This would be devastating. Apparently this might be due to the latest Windows 10 update. Please help!
