Locked accounts and the absolute frustration gaining access to them again

I have been trying to get through to someone on the phone and no matter how many times I phrase that I need to talk to customer support it NEVER puts me through to a person which is absolutely frustrating..... My issue is I'm trying to gain access to at least 1 of the 2 accounts that have been locked the day after it was created and I've exhausted myself in all possible areas of trying to gain access to it.
