Locked Account Need Help

Hello, I don't know if this the right forum or not, i'm sorry if it wrong. I have a work account that locked, and it needed to unlocked manually by phone number. The problem is that my country (Indonesia) is in geolocation block list by Microsoft so i can't request a verification code using my number. I've contact the chat support and it can't help my problem, i have to find someone and borrow their number to received the verification code so i can unlock the mail. Can someone help me?
