I cannot get access to my Outlook (not the one I am currently sending this inquiry from) no matter what I do. I have tried resetting the password, but it keeps telling me I have not provided enough information. After several tries, it locks me out for 24 hours, and I am at a loss for what to do now. The contact number does not help either as the automated personnel only redirects me to online support. When I search for my problem, I am told to reset my account which is an option I have already exhausted. It is disappointing to know that you can only reach support when you have billing issues,
