locke dout of account autthenicator app doesnt work. I tried ressetting password , i only get one code, no one answers customer serveice, i need help

Hi, im currently locked out of mmy account and the authenticator app isnt working. I've alreafdy tried resetting my password but i only receive on code, then they say i received too many codes today.
