Location on document is deleted

I accidentally deleted my documents folder and i recovered and now i can’t see the location how do i get it back because i tried using the regristy editor but when i did it doesn’t work & also if it gets fixed by someone on here helping me how do i stop the “ Folder in that location can not be redirected” before this i was trying to move my documents to my external drive for my game but it keeps telling me that so i thought there was a different copy of it so i searched up documents and there was 2 of them whole time it was the same one and i dont have anything to recover it should i just
