Hi, brand new PC. Built it myself.Hit with some weird bugs.I did a Google search that led me here. It says to check the motherboard settings (gigabyte) and so I checked the settings in the motherboard and all were as they were supposed to according to the Google search.I also did a run of TPM.MSC and the Trusted Platform Module said TPM was ready for use. I am able to clear the TPM back to factory settings but it doesn't allow me to prepare the TPM. The option is greyed out. So I did clear the TPM and the issue has not been resolved.
