Loading issues - Suddenly Windows 11

Hello, As the title says, out of a sudden I got loading issues. Steam images need like 10 seconds to load, discord dosnt load at all sometimes, websites also get very buggy from time to time. Some work, some dosnt, for example YouTube works fine, Crunchyroll or Netflix are buggy as hell. This issue is coming out of NOWHERE, I didn't do anything I don't know where the problem could even be at, I just turned my PC off went to sleep, and suddenly the next day stuff wasn't loading almost any more.
