Loading COD: Black Ops 3 Via gamepass. Error code 0x3. No troubleshooting steps helped me from other posts.

This is my final straw with my COD HQ crashing producing an error code 0x3. I have tried every troubleshooting step I could find in various forums, youtube videos, and articles. Nothing has worked to solve this issue even after chatting with microsoft support themselves. I know some files with anticheat applications such as FaceIt or (riot) vanguard, cause issues with the game and can ensure those files are deleted. I have updated GPU drivers, reinstalled the game, and etc... Please help I am at my whit's end.
