Live captions with translation not working

First, I opened live captions and I didn't get this prompt: "Do you want to set up live captions with translation?". Then, I updated my feature version to 24H2 and my quality version was still "Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5048685)". I tried to open live captions again and still didn't get that prompt. Window spec:Edition Windows 11 Home Single Language Version 24H2 OS build 26100.2605 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.36.0 Please help,Thank you.
