Link to Windows (Phone Link) on my Windows 11 PC no longer receiving notifications since upgrading to the S25 Ultra

I upgraded to the Samsung S25 Ultra from the Samsung Note 9. When I was on the Samsung Note 9, I would receive notifications in the Notifications pane of the Phone Link app on my Windows 11 PC. Since upgrading to the S25 Ultra, although I do receive text messages from my S25 Ultra in the Windows 11 Phone Link app, I no longer receive any notifications in the Notifications pane of Phone Link in Windows 11. All notifications are turned on for Phone Link in both my Windows 11 PC and my S25 Ultra. Why is the Phone Link app on my Windows 11 PC no longer receiving notifications from my S25 Ultra
