Link To Windows Not Showing Notifications For Phone Anymore

I have a Samsung Galaxy A03 Core that I synced to my windows 10 pro laptopWhen I first synced it I got all my notifications on my laptop but that lasted maybe 20 minutes now I don't get any. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and connected again this time it wont work. I got a notification to allow notifications to sync to it on my phone so I allowed it and in the link to windows app it says "hmmm, looks like syncing notifications aren't available on this phone model.Im just confused why it worked for a bit now not at all.
