Libraries are placed in onedrive folder instead of local folder

Just bought a new Dell laptop with Windows 11 with Windows 11 home, version 21H2. The downloads library is local as it should be (C:\users\UserHHH\Downloads) but the pictures and documents libraries are placed on c:\users\UserHHH\OneDrive\Documents. This is not working well for me so I tried to move it from there to the same directory as downloads but get an error message "Can't move the folder because there is a folder in the same location that can't be redirected. Access is denied". Tried everything but keep getting this message. How can I move the library from the OneDrive folder t
