Lexar USB Issues

I've been using a Lexar USB Drive for a while now, randomly, it started to not work. Sometimes making the plug sound then the unplug sound right after. Sometimes it makes the plug sound but it doesn't show it. Sometimes it shows a kinda "ghostly" drive logo (see image) and asks me to "insert a disc" into a usb drive??? (see image) So I don't know what to do, I wanna back up the content so I can have it on my computer. I don't know what's happening here?I'm using this flash driveSomeone please help!
