Letters not working with keyboard(S) in Windows 10! Letters work perfectly well on same computer using Ubuntu..

I tried restarting multiple times, along with virtually everything else I have found Googleing the problem. Needless to say, I can NOT log into my computer using Windows because my password contains letters. So I also can NOT run the troubleshooter, update the keyboard driver, go back to a previous restore date when letters did work, etc. BTW I am using my Ubuntu installation now on the same computer that the keyboard letters do not work on my dual installation of Windows 10. Numbers DO work. So what do I do now?And if this question is in the wrong section could a moderator please place it in
