LENOVO YOGA SLIM AURA 7I MISSES SOUND OUTPUT DEVICE. NO AUDIO DEVICE INSTALLED OR FINDABLE

There is no so7nd output device on my new Lenovo Yoga Slim laptop. This happened after Windows updates. The sound was work8ng before that. Now...there is no audio device installed. I already installed drivers from Lenovo site and did a reset. There is no sound. Please assist.
