Hi,

My Lenovo laptop started freezing while i was trying to uninstall a printer driver so I ended the task after it has seemingly finished but didn't let me close the tab. While navigating, I noticed I had a Windows update pending. I opted to restart the laptop. It asked me if I was okay with shutting down some tasks, I proceeded, it took a while to do the whole restart process so I focused on other things. I look back and it was on a blue screen saying the automatic repair failed, listed a srttrail.txt file, and gave me advanced options. From there, I tried everything I could find online and nothing has worked. After one attempt where I reassigned a partition to get bootrec commands working, it stopped even attempting automatic repair. The blue screen now tells me I need installation media and none of the keys (for recovery environment, startup options) work except to get into the UEFI/BIOS settings. I got a usb, got back into the troubleshooting options, no longer have access to startup settings or reset options, have no restore points or system images, can't get into safe mode, and everything suggested within the command prompt has not worked, even if every step worked. Windows still won't load. What do I do now without loosing all my files and preferably programs?
