Lenovo T490s - unable to update to Windows 11

Hi,Have tried 3x to update from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Each time it has taken 15 hours, I finally get a screen that says 23% updating for an hour, then that disappears and it says “Undoing changes made to to your computer.”Any suggestions to help move this install along would be great.Mimi
