lenovo laptop keeps freezing but works fine in safe mode - windows 11

My laptop has these constant unpredictable freezes. I got it fixed by installing a brand new windows 11 and fixing the corrupted files, but then the issue persisted once again after getting the 24h2 update. i went back to the 22h2 i had before but issues still happen.please, i need insight asap!
