Lenovo ideapad gaming 3 restarts and corrupte windows and drivers

I had this laptop for about 6 months i installed new ram and ssd to it after that the laptop started to restart on its on then the next day it restarts . Now its keep restarting trying to repair its files but it keep shutting down once preparing to diagnoses infinitely. I tried sfc scans , New windows10,11 USB Repair window Diagnosis Safe mod Recovery Update Removed new ssd and ram And nothing worked RESET BIO Results show there is corruption in windows Then i went to repair companies And they also couldn't fix it they finaly speculated it could be from motherboard . S
