Lenovo ideapad always almost dead when opening it

I just recently bought a Lenovo ideapad slim 5 a few months ago. The battery typically works fine and I used to be able to close the lid of my laptop and open it a day later with the battery still almost how I left it. However, recently when I close the lid of my laptop to put it to sleep, I'll reopen it the next day and it will be on battery saver mode, even if it was on full battery when I closed it previously. I'm not sure why this has changed all of a sudden, as I didn't change any settings prior to this happening. To try and fix it, I did change the battery settings to "hibernate" instead
