Lenovo Ideapad 1 won’t load windows 11

I have a Lenovo idea pad 1 that won’t boot windows. It shows the Lenovo logo briefly then goes black. If I hold down the power button and press enter at the right time it goes to the windows recovery screen and says windows didn’t load correctly. I tried to use a recovery usb but it said usb boot wasn’t ,enabled though in the boot setting section it says it is. I ran an sfc scan and it said it found and fixed corrupted files but when I restart the computer it goes back to the same thing. DISM and chkdsk both give me error 87. I suspect a hard drive issue because it was dropped though the issue
