Legal to put SQL EXPRESS on licensed WIN 11 PRO or ENTEPRISE?

Hello, i would like to know. We will need in our company SQL express with multiple access connection for about 5 pcs. Is it legal to use "server pc" licensed as Windows 11 PRO or Enterprise? Thank you in advance.
