Left shift + A are not working

Good afternoon,as per the above object, the laptop keyboard is correctly working exept for this specific combination of keys, left Shift and A together.Both keys are normally working in any other combination.Moreover, the right Shift is not showing the same problem.I already tried to solve it by changing the Sticky Keys options, updating the keyboard, reinstalling the drivers, as indicated in the guide found in anothere topic on the same issue, but none of the aformentioned solutions worked.Please provide me with a working method on the matter.Waiting for you kind response, I wish you a great
