Launching applications and snapping windows in Power Automate

I would like to launch several applications and (ideally) snap them to the sides of the screen using Power Automate. I would accept moving the window coordinates and window size instead of snapping. Unfortunately, it seems that I cannot launch Windows Terminal from AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps\wt.exe because "The file cannot be accessed by the system". I am able to launch Microsoft Edge through either "Run new application" or "Launch new Microsoft Edge", but I cannot attach to or move the window because the process ID is not recognized, or a plugin is not installed.
