Launching a program when a USB drive is inserted.using Task Scheduler

I used Event Viewer to figure out the event that is triggered when a USB drive is inserted into my Microsoft Surface Pro 9 running Windows 11. I then attached a task to that particular event to start a program, however, even though I see that specific event is logged in the Event Viewer, the task to launch the program doesn't get executed. I have restarted my laptop several times, yet it doesn't work. Microsoft-Windows-DriverFrameworks-UserMode/Operational/2101 is the event I used but I have also used 2106. When I go to the associated task in task scheduler and I run it, it successfully launch
