Launch Edge in a new window from the command line

Hi,


How do users open a NEW instance of Microsoft Edge from the command line, batch file or a desktop short cut?

We do NOT want edge to open any new tab's, ever.


<<path to edge>> Winter in the Finnish wilds
<<path to edge>> Stack Overflow - Where Developers Learn, Share, & Build Careers


This would result in two edge windows being opened.

We know the path to edge but we always get a second tab opened in a single window, this is not what we want.

No mouse or keyboard actions please, this is a launch command.

Simple task for all other browsers but I cannot find the answer.
