latitude 3340 infinite loop of automatic repair

my latitude 3340 laptop was working fine and then suddenly it gave me the infinite loop of automatic repair.and when I say "infinite" it truly is infinite because NOTHING works even factory reset don't work and I looked at sfc /scannow and it found corrupt files and when it said it was repaired it did not work can someone try help when I don't have any backups and for some reason I can't access safe mode so can someone please help
